A Digital Marketing Executive is sought to join an innovative technology and engineering business in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, supporting the continued growth of its digital marketing, paid media and online lead generation activity.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting paid advertising campaigns, SEO, AEO, website optimisation and digital lead generation within a global B2B environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer with strong Google Ads/PPC experience who enjoys working with both performance data and content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyse campaign performance, including conversions, cost per lead, keywords, budgets and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Support SEO and AEO activity to improve search visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-led platforms.
  • Create and optimise landing pages, website content and digital campaigns to increase qualified online enquiries.

Key skills & experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads/PPC and paid advertising campaigns is essential.
  • Paid advertising experience.
  • Good understanding of SEO, website optimisation and digital lead generation.
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads or B2B/technical marketing would be advantageous.
