Redline has been retained by a leading instrumentation manufacturer who are looking for an Import & Export Coordinator
Based in Cambridge.
This Import & Export Coordinator based in Cambridge will control all imports and exports for various departments.
They will be responsible for the timely, cost and effective shipping of all equipment whilst adhering to standard procedures and policies.
The Import & Export Coordinator based in Cambridge will have responsibilities such as:
Creation of Dispatch notes for equipment being shipped out.
Creation of importation/ exportations commercial invoices.
Obtain export and import entries in order to complete files to satisfy audit requirements.
Communicate with the compliance team to ensure operations are in line with requirements.
Check and validate all freight and packing invoices.
Handle all IPR shipments.
