Our client, a successful global technology business specialising in electronic components and solutions, are looking for a Sales & Marketing Project Manager - EMEA to join their team on a permanent basis in the UK.

This is a cross-functional project management role working closely with Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams across Europe and internationally.

The position will focus on improving commercial performance, customer engagement, sales processes and go-to-market activity through data-driven and customer-focused initiatives.

  • Key responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Project Manager - EMEA job in the UK:
  • Lead and support cross-functional Sales, Marketing and Product Management projects across the wider business.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic commercial and product growth initiatives.
  • Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement and improving conversion rates.
  • Enhance alignment between regional sales teams, product management, marketing and other key business functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead management, customer experience and sales processes.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven customer and market analytics to optimise go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms to improve commercial visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Track project milestones, risks, actions and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across sales and marketing processes and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with international teams and subject matter experts to deliver measurable business improvements.
  • Support the wider transformation of the organisation's global Sales & Product Marketing function.
  • Experience required for the Sales & Marketing Project Manager - EMEA job in the UK:
  • Experience within PMO, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or Business Development, ideally within manufacturing, electronics or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering cross-functional commercial projects.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, alongside lead management or digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation and forecasting.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and sales or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
