The business continues to evolve from origins as a pure hardware business into a full, turnkey technology stack business. To continue to drive this evolution, we seek a Head of Engineering to unify and drive the efforts of a diverse technology team across hardware, software, and systems.

Ideally, you will have an electronics background with exposure in driving and defining an engineering resource as it develops to face the technology challenges of the future. You will be a dynamic and inclusive leader capable of setting the pace and tone for a department. You will be credible with customers and investors, with the ability to instil confidence in others through clear and pragmatic analysis.

There is a very real opportunity for development with my client as they embark on a period of both organic and acquisitive growth.
