An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead market research, campaign delivery and marketing communications within a B2B engineering-focused environment, supporting sales growth, brand visibility and strategic development.
SALARY: £40,000 per annum
LOCATION: Hybrid working Tuesday to Thursday from the office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, and Monday & Friday from home
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week opportunity for early finish on Fridays
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join Redler, a growing organisation operating within a technical and engineering-led market. This role plays a central part in shaping marketing strategy, improving market visibility and supporting business growth through insight-led campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for market research, campaign execution and the development of marketing communications across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent, effective messaging aligned with commercial objectives. The Marketing Manager will also support sales activity through presentations, case studies and market intelligence, while developing KPIs and reporting to track performance and inform future strategy.

Redler Limited is a well-established Mechanical Handling Business with a 100-year history of supplying new equipment, aftermarket spares, and services.
DUTIES
- Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and areas of demand
- Campaign Development: Planning and delivering direct marketing and promotional campaigns, including digital, email and event-based activity
- Marketing Communications: Developing and maintaining marketing collateral, literature, data sheets, websites and social media channels
- CRM & Data Management: Creating, maintaining and cleansing CRM and market intelligence databases
- Sales Support: Producing presentations, case studies and technical marketing materials to support sales teams
- Strategy Development: Supporting the creation of industry strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives
- Performance Reporting: Developing KPIs and producing regular performance and campaign effectiveness reports
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal teams and managing external agencies and suppliers
- Budget Support: Assisting with marketing budgets and business planning activities
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring adherence to ISO and internal policies and procedures
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing or marketing communications role
- Proven experience of campaign planning, execution and performance reporting
- Strong market research, analytical and report-writing skills
- Experience developing marketing materials and managing communication channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
DESIRABLE
- Experience working within engineering, manufacturing or technical sectors
- Experience managing external marketing agencies or suppliers
- A background in CRM systems and market intelligence databases
- Experience supporting sales teams with marketing collateral and presentations
