I'm currently working with a top-tier international law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Conflicts and AML Manager. In this senior position, you would support the Head of New Business and Director of Compliance in delivering a high-quality service across the firm. You’d lead a team of eight junior analysts, ensuring excellence in output while fostering a positive and proactive compliance culture.

This is a broad and impactful role, covering all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing monitoring, including AML, CDD, sanctions screening, and conflict checking. It offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the business while working on a wide range of matters.

The firm is seeking someone with strong experience in financial crime compliance, particularly in AML and client due diligence. Prior experience supervising junior team members is also highly desirable.
