Job Description

RedLaw is partnering with a prestigious international law firm in their search for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AML Analyst to join their compliance team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or develop your career in AML within a globally recognised legal environment.

As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking compliance function, the successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing, maintaining, and updating AML client due diligence records across the firm’s global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and prepare comprehensive CDD packs for new clients worldwide, considering reputational, ethical, and sanctions-related factors.
  • Liaise with colleagues across multiple international offices to deliver a consistent and high standard of internal service.
  • Support AML leadership in preparation for internal and regulator-led AML audits, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Provide general compliance and administrative support to the Office of General Counsel, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience handling AML or financial crime-related tasks, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting.
