We are partnering with a leading International law firm that is seeking a Conflicts lawyer to join its dynamic London-based team. As a conflicts lawyer, you would be supporting the business intake team on the following:
- Ensuring the firm’s compliance with the SRA STaRS relating to conflicts
- Assisting with setting up new policies and protocols for clearing conflicts
- Developing educational material on the firm’s conflict management policies and procedures
- Providing training on the firm’s conflict management policies and procedures to all fee-earners and staff members
