London Boutique Law Firm is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead its risk and regulatory function, acting as COLP and MLRO. You will own the firm's compliance framework, overseeing AML, sanctions, client onboarding, matter initiation and regulatory risk.
Working closely with Partners and senior management, you will guide conduct, ethics and accounts matters, develop policies, deliver training and lead internal investigations and audits.
