Boutique Commercial Law Firm is seeking a Compliance Officer to own its client onboarding and day-to-day compliance. This newly created role offers the chance to build and improve processes while working closely with partners and fee earners.
You will lead end-to-end onboarding, oversee CDD, AML, KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, review risk assessments and source of funds, and maintain compliance policies and records.
