RedLaw is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint an AML & Conflicts Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role within a global Risk & Compliance team, ensuring every new client and matter is assessed with rigour, integrity and commercial awareness. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the UK, US and APAC, operating in a fast-paced, international environment where precision, judgement and collaboration are key.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead conflict checks through a global New Business Intake (NBI) system
- Assess legal and commercial conflicts across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage AML, sanctions, anti-bribery and client due diligence processes
- Conduct research on high-risk clients, including PEPs, and produce review packs
- Escalate complex issues with clear, commercially focused insight
- Maintain compliance systems, records and information barriers
About you:
- 2–3 years’ experience within legal or professional services
- Strong understanding of international conflicts and AML regulations
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across regions
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented
