Senior Conflicts Advisor – Global Law Firm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to take on a pivotal role within the firm’s global Conflicts team, providing expert guidance and support on conflicts of interest across the firm’s international network. As Senior Conflicts Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for all conflict-related queries, working closely with partners and key stakeholders to provide clear, reliable advice. You will play a central role in managing complex conflicts issues, supporting the firm’s internal processes, and ensuring global compliance standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of escalation for conflict checking queries.
  • Review and analyse conflict reports, escalating matters where necessary.
  • Draft recommendation reports for the Conflicts Committee.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials.
  • Maintain conflicts-related documentation and internal resources.
  • Support the drafting of conflict and confidentiality waivers.
  • Collaborate on local, regional, and global compliance projects.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader compliance and risk team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years\’ experience in conflicts, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with confidence in managing and analysing complex information.
