I am working with a top London law firm who are looking for a Risk and Compliance Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting role that will encompass a broad range of areas within Risk and Compliance, ideal for an experienced professional who is looking to make an impact within the firm's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and maintaining the firm’s policies and procedures
- Responding to complaints
- Dealing with Data Subject Access Requests
- Running CDD and Sanctions checks
- Assisting with Suspicious Activity Reports
- Assisting with responses to SRA enquiries and investigations
- Developing and delivering training, including induction training for new joiners
- Preparing compliance reports and assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Risk and Compliance within a law firm
- Active team player
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
- University degree in law or similar field
Please note: candidates who do not have experience in SRA compliance will not be considered for this role.
