Key Responsibilities

• Protect the firm from risk by managing conflicts across international and US offices.
• Review, enhance, and continuously improve the firm’s conflicts processes and policies.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex conflicts queries.
• Lead internal investigations related to conflicts.
• Provide guidance to the Professional Claims team on potential conflicts of interest.
• Advise on conflict‑related clauses in bespoke client agreements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of technology for managing conflicts and information barriers.
• Design and deliver training on conflicts for the wider firm.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ experience managing conflicts of interest within a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of SRA conflicts of interest rules.
• Experience handling conflicts under international jurisdictions is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver practical solutions in an international business environment.
