RedLaw have partnered with an established London-based law firm seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst to join its team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a varied role with a strong focus on AML, client due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and wider compliance matters. A key part of the position will involve leading and coordinating a firm-wide CDD review and remediation project, working closely with fee earners and senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating client and matter review projects
  • Reviewing AML and CDD documentation and conducting risk assessments
  • Advising fee earners on AML, sanctions, and compliance requirements
  • Running conflicts and sanctions checks
