A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its highly regarded Funds, Finance and Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market-leading lawyers on complex, high-value transactions for a diverse client base, including private equity houses, financial institutions, investment funds and multinational corporates.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with a broad range of corporate, finance and funds transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, transaction bibles and ancillary documentation.
- Managing due diligence exercises and coordinating document reviews.
- Supporting deal execution, closings and post-completion matters.
- Liaising with clients, counterparties and external advisers.
- Maintaining transaction records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
About you:
- Previous paralegal experience within Corporate, Banking & Finance, Funds or a related practice area.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
