We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Knowledge Management Executive to join their Knowledge Management (KM) Department in London. This role forms part of a global team delivering high-quality legal and professional support services. You will work closely with Knowledge Lawyers, providing document, research, and administrative support across a wide range of knowledge resources and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop familiarity with KM resources, including Document Drafter, 360, Intranet, library resources, journals, and online databases.
- Conduct legal research using internal and subscribed resources in line with instructions from Knowledge Lawyers.
- Provide general document support, including applying house style, document redactions, formatting, and updates.
- Update practice notes, guides, and precedents across practice areas as required.
- Support the administration of the legal intranet site.
- Assist with document preparation, conversions, and know‐how library maintenance.
- Manage relevant databases, including know‐how management systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Knowledge Management professional or Legal Secretary.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong technical capability, with confidence using multiple systems and software packages.
- Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with strong problem‐solving skills.
