We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Knowledge Management Executive to join their Knowledge Management (KM) Department in London. This role forms part of a global team delivering high-quality legal and professional support services. You will work closely with Knowledge Lawyers, providing document, research, and administrative support across a wide range of knowledge resources and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop familiarity with KM resources, including Document Drafter, 360, Intranet, library resources, journals, and online databases
  • Conduct legal research using internal and subscribed resources in line with instructions from Knowledge Lawyers
  • Provide general document support, including applying house style, document redactions, formatting, and updates
  • Update practice notes, guides, and precedents across practice areas as required
  • Support the administration of the legal intranet site
  • Assist with document preparation, conversions, and know-how library maintenance
  • Manage relevant databases, including know-how management systems

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience as a Knowledge Management professional or Legal Secretary
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong technical capability, with confidence using multiple systems and software packages
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills
