A fast-growing professional services technology provider is looking for a Support Analyst to join its expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT support career who’s keen to learn, take ownership, and work closely with a diverse client base.
You’ll provide on-site and remote support, troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, and assist with the deployment and maintenance of modern infrastructure and cloud-based systems. The role is client-facing, varied, and suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with new technologies.
About you:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support role
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and basic networking
- Comfortable in a professional services, client-facing environment
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
