THE FIRM

This US firm has standout financial performance each and every year. They offer flexible charge-out rates, no mandatory retirement age, one tier all equity partnership, and a well-managed debt-free firm. Cross-selling is actively encouraged across the firm. The board has decided the key strategic growth priority is banking and they have mandated us to help find the right partner (and team).

Being full equity one tier partnership, compensation packages have always been excellent and fairly determined. There is no cap on what can be achieved and progression through the equity is clear and transparent.

THE ROLE

The firm has a strong finance practice in the States (top rated) and is looking for a banking partner to join in London to work in conjunction with both the firm’s US banking team and clients and cross-sell with the current London partners in other areas such as corporate and restructuring. A leadership role with support to grow and build a finance team.
