An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Partner to join a top 50 UK law firm in a lead role. This rare Partner opportunity requires expertise in corporate tax, real estate tax, and, ideally, some experience in employment tax. This leadership position offers the chance to be a key player in a growing tax team with a focus on high-value corporate and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse range of tax law matters, specialising in corporate tax, real estate tax, and employment tax.
  • Work closely with an expert team across the firm, including specialists in tax disputes and private tax.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to clients while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's tax practice by fostering new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Significant expertise in corporate tax, real estate tax and, preferably, some employment tax knowledge.
  • Commercially astute with a client-focused approach and the ability to generate new business.
