We are partnering with a leading International law firm that is seeking a Conflicts lawyer to join its dynamic London-based team.
As a conflicts lawyer, you would be supporting the business intake team on the following:
- Reviewing and resolving complex conflicts results
- Advising fee earners on complex conflict results
- Ensuring the firm’s compliance with the SRA STaRS relating to conflicts
- Assisting with setting up new policies and protocols for clearing conflicts
- Developing educational material on the firm’s conflict management policies and procedures.
- Providing training on the firm’s conflict management policies and procedures to all fee-earners and staff members.
Role requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with around 2-4 years PQE in conflicts resolution.
- Working knowledge of relevant SRA Conflicts rules and guidance.
- Experience of US conflicts rules is desirable
- Experience of using intapp desirable
