Paralegal – Transactional London Hybrid working A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its highly regarded Funds, Finance and Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market-leading lawyers on complex, high-value transactions for a diverse client base, including private equity houses, financial institutions, investment funds and multinational corporates. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, transaction bibles and ancillary documentation. Managing due diligence exercises and coordinating document reviews. Maintaining transaction records and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Previous paralegal experience within Corporate, Banking & Finance, Funds or a related practice area. Looking to build a long-term paralegal career within a top-tier law firm.
