We are working with an elite International law firm who is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its in-house global Risk team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of legal, ethical, and commercial matters, working closely with partners and business teams across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex client-facing contracts and commercial agreements
- Advise partners on contractual, commercial, and business-related matters
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in client agreements
- Support compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Collaborate with global teams including Finance, BD, and Information Security
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified with 4+ years’ experience (private practice or in-house)
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent communication, judgement, and stakeholder management skills
