RedLaw is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint an AML & Conflicts Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role within a global Risk & Compliance team, ensuring every new client and matter is assessed with rigour, integrity and commercial awareness. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the UK, US and APAC, operating in a fast-paced, international environment where precision, judgement and collaboration are key.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead conflict checks through a global New Business Intake (NBI) system
  • Assess legal and commercial conflicts across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage AML, sanctions, anti-bribery and client due diligence processes
  • Conduct research on high-risk clients, including PEPs, and produce review packs
  • Escalate complex issues with clear, commercially focused insight
  • Maintain compliance systems, records and information barriers

About you:

  • 2–3 years’ experience within legal or professional services
  • Strong understanding of international conflicts and AML regulations
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across regions
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented
