A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Construction to oversee an exciting pipeline of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality renewable energy assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, playing a key role in driving the success of the company and its investors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the construction function for a portfolio of renewable energy projects. Oversee the entire construction process from planning approval, through EPC and ICP construction phases, to commissioning and handover. Support tender processes for EPCs, ICPs, and key contractors. Manage contract milestones, advising on claims, retentions, and damages. Act as the \”Competent Person\” for all CDM matters related to construction projects. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
