The Role: This is a high-impact, national role where you’ll help shape the firm’s commercial, local government, and housing growth strategy. You’ll work closely with market heads and senior stakeholders, driving bold marketing campaigns, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable results. Supported by a dedicated BD Executive and the wider Marketing & BD team, you’ll have the freedom—and backing—to make things happen.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading business planning & marketing strategy for priority sectors
- Developing client plans, winning new business, and strengthening key relationships
- Designing attention-grabbing marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR & more
- Coordinating exciting events, sponsorships, and thought leadership projects
- Managing directory submissions, bids, and proposals that turn heads—and win deals
- Collaborating with teams across the firm to deliver creative, effective campaigns
- Using cutting-edge CRM tools to spot opportunities and build your network
- Leading and developing your own BD Executive
- Playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the firm
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of business development/marketing experience, ideally in professional services
- Sharp commercial instincts and strong communication skills
- A proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and winning work
- Experience working with public sector clients like local authorities or housing is a bonus
