About the Role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. As part of our Transformation team, you will be at the heart of driving change initiatives, helping to identify opportunities for improvement, and supporting teams to adopt new ways of working. This role offers the chance to work closely with a variety of stakeholders, from internal teams to legal professionals, to deliver impactful solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end change delivery lifecycle, from analysing business needs and gathering requirements to designing solutions and supporting implementation.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops, analyse 'As Is' processes, and identify pain points to develop effective 'To Be' processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Support the prioritisation of requirements and work with teams to implement changes to technology, processes, and resources.
- Conduct functional testing of software, systems, and processes, and manage issue resolution and change requests.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including PID, RAID logs, project plans, and process maps.
- Facilitate project meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow-up on agreed deliverables.
- Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support decision-making and measure the success of change initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as IT, to ensure smooth service transition to business as usual.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis and change management.
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Confidence in learning and championing new technologies and ways of working.
- BCS or equivalent qualifications in Business Analysis, process mapping, or requirements gathering.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in process mapping and supporting projects.
- Knowledge of legal services and law firm operations.
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Mattersphere and HighQ.
