A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Business Change Manager to join its team. The firm has strong expertise in sectors such as housing, local government, health and social care, construction, energy, higher education, and financial services. It is recognised for combining legal knowledge with practical, business-focused solutions for its clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation Team during a period of significant change. The Business Change Manager will help accelerate organisational transformation, champion new ways of working, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and client service.
- Leading major change projects with firm-wide impact, ensuring collaboration and successful outcomes.
- Supporting legal teams to enhance workflows, develop new products, and improve client services.
- Conducting process mapping workshops, managing tasks, identifying risks, and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Supporting the Director of Transformation and Operations on strategic projects.
Strong experience in project management, business analysis, and organisational change is required. Knowledge of law firms or professional services organisations is desirable. Supplier management skills, including procurement, tendering, negotiation, and contracting are essential.
Project management qualifications are preferred.
