Position: Product Specialist Location: Reading, United Kingdom Salary: £24,500 – £26,500 per year

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist at Redland Mobility, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and adaptive accessories.
• Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their unique mobility needs and requirements.
• Offering tailored product recommendations and solutions that best fit the customer\’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Conducting informative product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing detailed information about pricing, warranties, and available support services.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve team targets while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
• Staying updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers and team members.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and address unique mobility challenges.

• Saturday lone working – with time off during the week.
• Ability to drive a van
• Be able to aid in the delivery and installation of armchairs and beds
