Administrative Assistant

Location: Pembroke
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 35 hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Start Date: ASAP


Are you highly organised, accurate, and confident working behind the scenes to keep essential administration running smoothly? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seekinganAdministrative Assistant to support our administration function at our Pembroke office.


This is primarily a back-office support role. You’ll focus on the efficientprocessing and management of incoming correspondence, ensuring documents arehandled accurately, uploaded to the correct systems, and managed in a timelyand compliant way.

Candidates should be aware that their firstday of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office, for grouponboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usualplace of work is therefore required.

  • Bring orderto busy days, keeping documents, correspondence, and records clear, accurate, and easy to find.
  • Be thereliable support behind the scenes, helping colleagues stay focused and clientsreceive a seamless service.
  • Handleimportant information with care, confidence, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Get involvedin a varied mix of administration, office support, and day-to-day tasks thatkeep things moving.
  • Make a realimpact in a role where accuracy, organisation, and a helpful attitude trulymatter.

Requirements

  • Highlyorganised and methodical – you can keep post, scanning, databases, and records moving efficientlywithout losing track of detail.
  • Accurateand detail-focused –you take pride in processing documents correctly and maintaining reliablerecords.
  • Confidentusing office systems – you are comfortable with scanning, uploading information, and working withdatabases and Microsoft Office.
  • Trustworthyand professional –you understand the importance of confidentiality when handling client documentsand identification.
  • Flexibleand supportive – youare willing to assist with regional administrative tasks, reception cover, andchanging priorities when needed.
  • Apositive team player – you work well with colleagues and contribute to a friendly, efficient, andprofessional office environment.
