Private Client is one of the firm’s largest and most strategically important departments, playing a significant role in both our growth and the experience we deliver to our clients and communities.As part of our long-term vision, we have evolved our Private Client offering into specialist Probate and Lifetime Planning teams. We believe this allows us to better support clients through increasingly complex personal,financialand family situations, whilst also giving our lawyers the opportunity to deepen theirexpertiseand build meaningful, long‑term client relationships.

Requirements

What will you be doing?

You’ll support clients through some of the most sensitive and important moments in their lives – often at times of loss or significant change – providing not only high-quality legal advice, but reassurance, clarity and practical guidance.

You’ll take the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, priorities and concerns, ensuring the advice you provide reflects what truly matters to them, delivering high-quality advice across probate and estate administration matters with empathy, professionalism and commercial awareness.

Depending on your level of experience, your role may include:

• Taking a proactive approach to understanding clients’ wider circumstances, identifying risks, needs and opportunities beyond the immediate legal instruction
  
• Managing Probate and estate administration matters
  
• Supporting high-net-worth or complex estate work
  
• Building relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
  
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
  
• Helping develop and grow the wider Probate offering
  
• Playing an active role in networking and business development
