The Opportunity

You’ll manage a variedresidential conveyancing caseload while being part of a team that sharesknowledge, embraces innovation, and focuses on delivering an exceptional clientjourney. From digital tools to proactive communication, we’re continuouslyimproving how we work, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to thatprogress.

What You’ll MakeHappen

• Run your ownresidential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  
• Guide clientsthrough sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and otherresidential property matters with clarity and confidence.
  
• Build trustedrelationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers.
  
• Use case managementsystems, digital workflows and proactive updates to create a smoother,more transparent client experience.
  
• Collaborate withcolleagues across the firm and contribute ideas that help the team keepimproving.
  
• Support businessdevelopment and help raise Redkite’s profile in the local market.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking forsomeone who is confident in their technical ability, curious about better waysof working and motivated by great client outcomes. You may already beestablished in your role, or you may be ready for a step up into a team whereyour contribution will be seen and valued.

You’ll bring soundjudgement, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationshipswith clients and referrers. Just as importantly, you’ll bring a collaborativemindset and a willingness to help shape a team that is growing with purpose.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Strongtechnical knowledge across a varied residential property caseload.
  
• Theability to manage files independently and efficiently.
  
• Excellentcommunication and client care skills.
  
• Acollaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
  
• GoodIT skills, including experience using case management systems andMicrosoft Office.
