Based in our Swansea office, this is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support the Wills, Trust & Estate Disputes team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting Fee Earners with the organisation and day-to-day management of contentious probate, trust, and estate dispute matters
  • Drafting letters and documents, conducting research, and liaising professionally with clients
  • Managing file opening, administration, and billing to keep cases running smoothly
  • Handling new enquiries and assisting with seamless client onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate records and deadlines to ensure full compliance
  • Contributing to improved efficiency, client service, and case progression

Requirements Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
