What Will You Be Doing?
- Carry out compliance and service delivery file reviews to help maintain high standards across the firm.
- Follow up with fee earners on the legal elements of file reviews to support timely and thorough completion.
- Keep the file review master tracker up to date to support accurate reporting and oversight.
- Review and chase Matter Risk Assessments to help keep compliance processes on track.
- Check in with colleagues on mandatory compliance training to support completion across the team.
- Work alongside the team on client complaints to help provide thoughtful and appropriate responses.

- Tech‑savvy and confident – you’re comfortable using data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite to keep work accurate and organised.
- Detail‑oriented and personable – you take care over the small details while communicating clearly and providing a high standard of client care.
