Private Client is one of the firm’s largest and most strategically important departments, playing a significant role in both our growth and the experience we deliver to our clients and communities.As part of our long-term vision, we have evolved our Private Client offering into specialist Probate and Lifetime Planning teams. We believe this allows us to better support clients through increasingly complex personal,financialand family situations, whilst also giving our lawyers the opportunity to deepen theirexpertiseand build meaningful, long-term client relationships. You’llwork closely with individuals,familiesand business owners to provide practical,thoughtfuland commercially minded advice around future planning and asset protection. You’lltake the time to understand each client’s wider circumstances –including their priorities,relationshipsand long-termobjectives–ensuring your advice reflects what matters most and helps them plan with confidence. Proactivelyidentifyingclients’ underlying needs,risksandobjectives–not just responding to the immediate instruction Advising on Wills,trustsand LPAs Supportingsuccession and estate planningmatters Building strong relationships with clients and referrersthrough a deep understanding of their needs and priorities Networking and business development activity Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues Helping shape and grow a modern Lifetime Planning offering Requirements What are we looking for?
