As a central member of the office team, you’ll provide essential administrative and front‑of‑house support while working closely with colleagues across the business. What will you be doing?
- Act as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and callers, representing the firm with warmth, discretion, and polish.
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to fee earners and office staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Open new client files and manage document preparation, digital filing, scanning, and secure archiving in line with compliance standards.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, post, and deliveries, routing communications efficiently and supporting daily workflow.
- Maintain the reception and office areas to an impeccable standard—tidy, well‑stocked, and ready to host both internal and external visitors.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating replenishment orders, and liaising with facilities when needed.
