Hours: 37.5 hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Experienced in telephony and client communications – able to manage a high volume of calls and enquiries confidently.
  • An exceptional listener and confident communicator, able to quickly understand needs and respond with clarity, empathy, and impact.
  • Maintains a composed, positive, and professional approach, even when working at pace.
  • Builds a strong understanding of the business quickly, enabling confident and informed support for every caller.
  • Applies a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all interactions.
  • Takes a proactive, solutions‑focused approach, with a genuine commitment to going the extra mile.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems, demonstrating confidence and efficiency in a digital environment.
