At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Residential Property Partner to lead our Central Residential Property Team across multiple offices. Based across our Central Region offices, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Partner to join the team on a full-time, permanent contract. You’ll work closely with colleagues across offices to deliver high-quality residential property services, team leadership and strategic development. Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office within our Pembrokeshire to Gloucestershire network, for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and manage the central residential property team across multiple offices to ensure consistent performance and service delivery.
- Handle a reduced caseload of complex residential property matters to support departmental revenue and client service.
- Set, monitor and review team KPIs and performance targets to drive productivity and accountability.
- Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point for complex legal and compliance matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers and referrers to support business development and retention.
- Oversee post-completion processes to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient transaction closure.
- Identify operational improvements and implement workflow or case management enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver strategic growth plans and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer – with extensive experience (8–10+ years) in residential property law.
- Strong leader and mentor – able to motivate teams and develop future talent across multiple locations.
- Commercially aware – confident in networking, business development and growing client relationships.
- Technically proficient – strong knowledge of leases, transfer of part transactions and regulatory compliance.
- Organised and decisive – able to balance fee-earning responsibilities with leadership duties.
- Collaborative communicator – builds trust with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker – capable of driving innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
