We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business within the industrial controls and automation sector looking to appoint a National Business Development Manager.

This is a strategic, field-based role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities with OEMs, machine builders and control panel builders across the UK.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop key accounts and play a significant role in the future growth of the business.

The Role

  • Develop new business opportunities across the UK
  • Build relationships with OEMs, machine builders and control panel builders
  • Identify and win new projects
  • Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Help shape future sales strategy as the business continues to grow

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience selling industrial controls, automation or associated electrical products.

Experience from manufacturers or specialist distributors would be particularly relevant.
