Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an Internal Technical Sales professional to join a dynamic and growing organisation within the industrial automation and electrical distribution sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Advise on compatible products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, discounts, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify alternative solutions when lead times don’t meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing to maximise margins and maintain strong commercial awareness.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Ideally qualified to ONC level in electrical engineering.
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Experience in electrical engineering or electrical distribution is advantageous.
