Our client is a leading company within the food ingredients sector. As part of their expansion they are looking for a new Marketing Manager to lead on new product development and insight led innovation.
As Marketing Manager you will play a key role in developing a cohesive marketing strategy aligning with the goals of the broader organisation. It is hands on role with a small team and you will be expected to work strategically with both the innovation/NPD and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with R&D to develop customer relevant innovation funnels based on data and strategic insight
- Provide creativity to grow and develop new and exciting product launches and “take to market”
- Lead corporate coms both internally and externally
- Lead events
- Manage a small but effective team providing guidance, KPIs and support as necessary
- Support lead additional projects as required
Experience Requirements
- You must have had experience in a B2B food ingredients business
- Experience using data and insight to help support NPD and innovation
- Strong product management skills
- Strong understanding of dealing with large scale B2B customers and complicated procurement processes
- Commutable from Suffolk for a 3 day per week office / hybrid working environment
