Are you a creative, strategic, and hands-on CRM and email marketing expert? We are working with a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of their CRM and email strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to lead, optimise, and deliver real impact through targeted and engaging campaigns.

Location: Guildford (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)

Salary: Up to £45,000

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role: You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns. From segmentation and personalisation to automation and analysis, you will lead the end-to-end process with a strong focus on deliverability, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise CRM platforms
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage segmentation and automation workflows
  • Work cross-functionally to align messaging and maximise impact

About You:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM, ideally within an eCommerce D2C environment
  • Confident managing the full lifecycle of email campaigns
  • Analytical and data-driven with a creative approach to content and messaging
  • Familiar with key CRM and analytics tools
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and results-focused
