We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand in the consumer goods sector for a Senior Retail Accounts Manager, responsible for overseeing key retail growth across Germany and the Netherlands, while leading a team of three.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three sales professionals across Germany and the Netherlands
• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners within the region
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers not currently trading
• Oversee and strengthen distributor, agent, and direct partner relationships
• Take ownership of sales performance, profitability, and forecasting
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
• Represent the brand at relevant trade events across Europe

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing [non-food] retail accounts across Germany and/or the Netherlands
• Previous leadership or team‑management experience (direct or indirect)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience in category management and strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across cultures
• Comfortable opening new retail partnerships and driving market penetration
• German and English speaker
