We’re supporting a fast-growing eCommerce brand in finding their next Email Marketing Manager – someone who’s ready to take ownership, shape strategy, and build a buzz across CRM and email marketing.
Location: Guildford (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Role:
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to lead, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and ROI. You will oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation, and automation as well as running analyses and reports on email and CRM performance to create actionable insights for optimisation.
About You:
- Proven track record in email marketing and CRM management, preferably within an eCommerce setting
- Ability to run all aspects of email marketing
- Skilled in email content planning
- Analytical, creative, and detail-oriented
- Experienced with analytics tools
