Are you a creative, strategic, and hands-on CRM and email marketing expert? We’re working with a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of their CRM and email strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ready to lead, optimise, and deliver real impact through targeted and engaging campaigns.
Location: Guildford (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
Salary: Up to £42,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Role:
- You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns.
- From segmentation and personalisation to automation and analysis, you’ll lead the end-to-end process with a strong focus on deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise CRM platforms
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns
- Analyse performance data to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage segmentation and automation workflows
- Work cross-functionally to align messaging and maximise impact
About You:
- Proven experience in email marketing and CRM, ideally within an eCommerce D2C environment
- Confident managing the full lifecycle of email campaigns
- Analytical and data-driven with a creative approach to content and messaging
- Familiar with key CRM and analytics tools
- Detail-oriented, organised, and results-focused
