UK | Remote | £50–60k + Commission (c£10K year 1)
What if you weren’t inheriting a patch… What if you were building the whole thing? We’re partnering with a fast-growing Consumer Electronics distributor and brand with significant financial backing and strong brand partnerships across Audio, Appliances, Electrical Beauty, and Mobile Accessories. Now they’re launching something new: a dedicated B2B division, and they need the person who wants to build it.
The Opportunity
This isn’t about managing existing accounts. This is about:
- Opening B2B clients in Hospitality, Corporate, NHS, Education and Public Sectors.
- Exploring and winning reseller partnerships.
- Building repeatable pipelines for today and the future.
- Creating structure, process and momentum.
- Becoming the operational engine of a brand-new business channel.
You’ll report directly to the Sales Director and Founders, with genuine visibility and influence from day one. Think: start-up energy inside a financially secure, established company.
Who This Suits
You might be:
- A BDM or Account Manager ready to step up.
- Someone in a distributor or consumer electronics brand (SELLING INTO B2B end users).
- A hungry self-starter who prefers building over inheriting.
- Commercially sharp but operationally organised.
You don’t need a huge team behind you. You need drive, structure, and the confidence to open doors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and prioritising B2B sectors.
- Generating and converting new business.
- Building reseller networks.
- Working closely with founders on strategy.
- Creating processes that will scale as the division grows.
- Identifying product portfolio gaps that their own label or selective partnerships could fill.
This is a “roll your sleeves up” role. You’ll be both the hunter and the builder.
The Package
£50-60k base (DOE) Commission structure designed to reward growth. Fully remote across the UK. Clear progression as the B2B channel expands (this role should be a "head of" by 18-24 months). If you’ve been waiting for a role where you’re not just another salesperson but the person who builds something meaningful, this could be it.
