What you’ll do

  • Manage EMEA and APAC payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Drive improvements and cross‑functional synergies by partnering with HR, Legal, Finance and other organizations.
  • Manage payroll accounting for EMEA and APAC entities.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with payroll service providers.
  • Implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and other legal requirements applicable in each country of operation.
  • Educate and support employees on payroll matters, processes and requirements.

What will you need to have

  • Expertise in managing payroll operations in multiple countries, including a solid understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in leading the payroll function through rapid growth and global expansion and executing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in working cross‑functionally to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Public company, including SOX, experience required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
