The Role
What type of work will you be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and thoughtful transitions.
- Administer the annual recreation budget and develop programming that reflects the needs of a diverse, multi-location workforce.
- Lead local employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the global People team.
- Collaborate with Global Employee Experience to develop and implement a wellbeing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Execute onsite and virtual employee events designed to foster community and connection.
- Support local employee relations and general HR business partnership requirements.
- Champion community involvement and volunteer programs in coordination with office leadership.
- Manage procurement and purchase orders for the People and Facilities functions.
Office Management
Act as the primary point of contact for office needs, including maintenance, supplies, mail, and budget oversight. Manage relationships with vendors and facilities providers, including contract negotiations and performance reviews. Coordinate travel logistics and provide administrative support for remote team members. Direct office layout planning, equipment procurement, and kitchen supply management. Handle logistics for meetings and company events of varying scales.
What You’ll Bring to Redis
Your experience and strengths:
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR operations, ideally within a global technology organization.
- Proven track record in office management or workplace operations.
- Strong proficiency in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
