What you’ll do:
- Manage EMEA and APAC payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Drive improvements and cross-functional synergies by partnering with HR, Legal, Finance and other organizations
- Manage payroll accounting for EMEA and APAC entities
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with payroll service providers
- Implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and other legal requirements applicable in each country of operation
- Educate and support employees on payroll matters, processes and requirements
What will you need to have?
- Expertise in managing payroll operations in multiple countries, including a solid understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated success in leading the payroll function through rapid growth and global expansion and executing strategies
- Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
- Public company, including SOX, experience required
- Meticulous attention to detail
